10月26日，恒生电子公告，公司董事会设立可持续发展委员会，并发布组织和工作办法，以进一步提升ESG（即环境Environment、社会Society和公司治理Governance）管治能力和公司可持续发展水平。
该委员会由董事长刘曙峰、副董事长兼总裁范径武、董事韩歆毅、独立董事刘霄仑、独立董事周淳组成，主席由董事长刘曙峰担任。
委员会将对公司ESG工作愿景、战略、目标、政策及行动方案提供决策咨询和建议，对ESG相关的信息披露报告进行审阅和评议，负责制定和监督恒生的长期可持续发展战略，同时还将积极推动企业社会责任的履行。
在委员会成立之前，恒生便已积极投入ESG事业。
2016年，恒生成立浙江恒生电子公益基金会；2017年，投入运营投资者教育基地，在投资者教育、扶贫济困、关爱自闭症儿童等领域持续贡献力量，实现企业与社会共同可持续发展。
恒生自2018年开始发布企业社会责任报告，并于2020年开始连续三年发布ESG报告，长期坚持ESG实践获得了外界广泛认可。
目前，恒生MSCI国际评级逐步提升、获评BBB级，中证指数获评A*级A**，2022年和2023年荣获国际知名金融杂志《机构投资者》“亚洲最佳环境、社会责任及公司治理”荣誉奖项。

On October 26, Hundsun Technologies announced that its board of directors has established a sustainable development committee and released its organization and working methods to further enhance its ESG (environmental, social, and governance) governance capabilities and sustainable development level.
The committee is composed of Chairman Liu Shufeng,Vice Chairman and President Fan Jingwu, Director Han Xinyi, Independent Director Liu Xiaolun, and Independent Director Zhou Chun. The chairman is Liu Shufeng.
The committee will provide decision-making advice and suggestions on the company's ESG work vision, strategy, goals, policies, and action plans. It will review and evaluate ESG-related information disclosure reports, be responsible for formulating and monitoring the company's long-term sustainable development strategy, and actively promote the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility.
Before the establishment of the committee, Hundsun has actively invested in ESG causes.
In 2016, Hundsun established the Zhejiang Hundsun Technologies Public Welfare Foundation; in 2017, it began operating an investor education base, continuously contributing to areas such as investor education, alleviating poverty, and caring for children with autism to achieve corporate and social common sustainable development.
Since 2018, Hundsun has started publishing corporate social responsibility reports, and since 2020, it has continuously published ESG reports for three consecutive years. Its long-term commitment to ESG practices has received widespread recognition from external parties.
Currently, Hundsun's MSCI international rating is gradually improving and has been rated as BBB, while the China Securities Index has been rated as AA.
