基于文学主题的学科融合，“贴近学生，贴近社会，贴近作者、贴近生活”也是现代教育的基本原则。学科融合的实质就是为了人的发展，为了学生核心素养的提升。
初一B部把《朝花夕拾》主题融合课程以“横向、纵向、跨时空”的特点进行统合。 横向统合包括语文教材与相关文学资源的横向统合，语文课与历史、书法、美术、戏剧、思政等各学科跨学科的横向统合，“书人合-”的师本横向统合;纵向统合包括同一册教材内容本身的纵向统合；时空统合包括与网络资源的统合，与闲暇时间师生活动统合(师生一起练书法、读童诗、讲故事、背美文、诵诗词等)，与校园文化统合等。
《朝花夕拾》之学生绘报
一是整体性。世界具有整体性，世界的不同构成一一个人、社会、自然是彼此交融的有机整体。“朝花”是鲁迅的童年经验，童年经验连结着生命的原始，刺激过天真无邪的好奇心，左右着终生的意象选择。鲁迅的散文集《朝花夕拾》就是以童真的视角与心理言说着生命的本真存在和理想状态，而在往事成追忆的回望与沉浸中，睿智而理性的现实真面与价值判断又在更高的阶梯生发着关于人生、生命的哲理性终极追问。
二是实践性。主题课程以“活动”为主要实施形式,强调学生的亲身经历，《朝花夕拾》也是新课标要求中学生必读的中学名著，一本书之所以成为名著，成为经典，除了其内容历久弥新且常读常新，还有其蕴含的多种学科价值。要求学生积极参与到各项活动中去，在“查阅”“实验”“探究”“想象”“创作”等一系列的活动中发现和解决问题、体验和感受生活，发展实践能力和创新能力。
三是自主性。主题课程尊重学生的兴趣、爱好，注重发挥学生的自主性。学生自己选择学习的内容、方式及指导教师，自己决定活动结果呈现的形式,自主开展活动，指导教师只对其进行必要的指导,不包揽学生的工作。初一B部在学科融合理念下展开了 多角度、多领域综合性阅读，通过绘画、书法、英语、画面等多个元素 带领学生研读了《朝花夕拾》，感悟生命之美。
四是生成性。随着课程活动的不断展开，学生的认识和体验不断深化，创造性的火花不断迸发，新的活动目标和活动内容将不断生成。

在《朝花夕拾》清晰明朗的叙事中，始终活跃着、呈现着一派生机昂然的生命世界，奇妙的生物世界展现着大自然生命的热烈与坚韧，它是少年鲁迅生活的乐园，是生命中的童话世界。在那里面有老祖母在讲猫是老虎师父的故事，有长妈妈渲染的女阴能使敌军大炮变哑，有百草园窥探自然生命，无常散播着鬼世界的诙谐，有建构了现代思想的新维度的《天演论》，在那里《山海经》刺激了“我”的神话兴趣，范爱农引发了“我”对革命变味的反思······可以说《朝花夕拾》是中国现代最有生命趣味的回忆性散文。

旁白：我的长妈妈，打我出生开始便在我家做工，黄胖而矮。（旁白）：我很讨厌她，切切查查，人又粗俗阿长：“哎，你们听说没有，赵家的姑娘又和李家的小伙私底下在醉香园见面了”（弓着腰，一脚跨踩小凳子，第二根手指在空中摇动。）还有咱们哥儿，昨晚睡觉那个哈喇子，直流不止……路人：（鄙视）你怎么天天东家长西家短的，没完没了的。阿长：（面红耳赤的争论，指着别人，指着自己）我不就唠会嗑吗，又没杀人放火，咋了？！路人：就你这样迟早招人讨厌。阿长：你有时间管我，不如管管你们家自己的破事儿。路人：呸。到了晚上……阿长：（信誓旦旦）哥儿，我跟你保证，今天晚上睡觉肯定老老实实，绝对不会挤着你。鲁迅：（不相信）好吧。（过了不久）鲁迅：（睁着眼，无奈的被挤在角落）哎！阿长：（打着呼噜，变本加厉的摆大字，一条胳膊搁在鲁迅的脖颈上，鲁迅想拽开，但是又无能为力。）
（旁白）：我很厌烦她，她总是有那么多规矩晚上睡在枕上阿长：（进房间，塞福橘极其珍重的说）哥儿，你听着，明儿是正月初一，一早起一睁开眼睛就得跟我说“阿妈恭喜恭喜”。记住没有，这是关于一年运气的事情，说过之后还得吃点福菊（拿着橘子摇了两摇）（满怀希望）那么，一年到头，顺顺溜溜。（早上鲁迅睡着，阿长站在鲁迅床头，期盼的盯着鲁迅。）鲁迅：（欲坐起，阿长伸出手臂，按住，我惊异的看她。）阿长：（她惶急的看着我，摇着我的肩膀。）鲁迅：（忽然记起）阿妈，恭喜恭喜 ……阿长（松了一口气，十分欢喜）：恭喜恭喜，大家恭喜，真聪明，恭喜恭喜。（她十分欢喜，笑着塞我冰凉的福橘。）鲁迅：（大吃一惊，被冰清醒，一个激灵。）
