打造流程、形成组织能力可以把握两个要点：
1、原有流程严重妨碍企业的发展，必须做出改变；
2、向优秀企业学习，必须全力以赴，彻底进行自我批判，如此方能建立起好的流程。
走老路到不了新地方，旧思维破不了新内卷。

[Process Reengineering]
There are two key points to build the process and form the organizational capacity:
1. The original process seriously hinders the development of the enterprise and must be changed;
2. To learn from excellent enterprises, we must go all out and thoroughly criticize ourselves, so that we can establish a good process.
Old ways will not lead to a new place, and old thinking will not break the new inner volume.
