法律翻译专业的英语翻译 (中文合同协议翻译服务)

新增一项中译英的法翻类型，那就是服务协议。

之前涉及过法翻的类型有：

1. 劳动合同，劳务合同：23.7/12
2. 项目施工合同：23.10
3. 房屋买卖合同，房屋租赁合同：23.6/8/10
4. 银行*款贷**合同，银行抵押合同，最高额保证合同，小企业*款贷**合同：23.07
5. 采购合同：23.6

本服务协议主要是就乙方提供与会的活动场地租赁、现场餐点及接驳车辆等事宜达成如下协议。内容框架简短。

本稿多次出现“乙方负责......”。在这里，“负责”我并没有单一使用be responsible for，而是采用了多种表达：be liable for，be accountable for，be in charge of，held responsible。

其中有句：如方案不合理、不安全、不文明，甲方有权让乙方进行修改。

翻译很容易就陷入误区：

If the plan is unreasonable, unsafe and uncivilized, Party A has the right to let Party B make modifications.

本人认为，应是：

For any unreasonable, unsafe or uncivilized contents in the plan, Party A has the right to request Party B to make modifications.

另外，有条件的学校应负责在活动现场进行直播或录像。
